AC: Leap of Faith by JessKat-art AC: Leap of Faith by JessKat-art
One of my favorite things to do in Assassin's Creed is climbing a tall building and performing the "leap of faith", aka diving all the way from the top into a haystack.
I love the cities so much, it was fun trying to cram as many details from the game into the picture as I could.

Before anyone tries to point out that the eagle's shadow is at a wrong angle, I'd like to state that Altair isn't the one casting it. The eagle is circling somewhere above him, I added the shadow for effect.

Edit: Holy crap, I certainly didn't expect this to get a DD. Thank you very much!

"The artist froze a single moment that absolutely defines the game, Assassins Creed. But even if you never heard of this game the scene is very accessible to the uninitiated." ( Suggested by Dutchkat and Featured by elicoronel16 )

first of all, congrats for the great great pic!deep inside i wish i could draw as good as you do. i wont hide it. i'm envious of your drawing. i have seen many leap of faiths but i think that this one is the best so far. its not only about altair. its about the detail. altair's angle, the point of view, the guards reaching desperately for him. but what really made it for me was the city. you have attributed the middle east character flawlessly and congratulations for it. the men walking the streets, the buildings, the plaza, its all too perfect. the only mistake i have found after looking at it for almost 10 minutes is the sky in the far end, beyond the city walls. it makes you think that the city is flying(hehe). instead, add some sand-desert and then the sky. and i know that im being picky, but when you compare this craft with shitty works like mine, you have to scrutinize it. and you could also work in the sword the guard holds. other than that its perfect! keep up!
(tell me if i was being fair and unbiased from my love for assassin's creed when writing this;))

These shots are always so breathtaking. It really looks like Altiar is flying with his arms spread out and robe flaring out.

Let's hope he makes it to the haybale.
